What a masculine woman is?
A Woman has inside of her both masculine and feminine energy. These energies can flow healthily in her system or can be unbalanced and unhealthy.
The healthy feminine is the part that connects the woman with her senses, her body and her emotions. A woman with a healthy feminine is relaxed and can combine moments of total passiveness with moments of action. She lives in her body more than she lives in her mind. She follows her cycle phases where she navigates between her masculine and feminine with moderation. She flows in life, embracing all changes without any resistances, and it is almost impossible for her to live separated from nature.
Many women today reject their feminine side because they subconsciously believe that it is a weak side. Something that may also enforce this belief is their family’s programming and the society’s obscure rules that say how a modern woman needs to be.
These women are incredibly active; they continuously live in their minds, are disconnected from their menstrual cycle, and almost behave like men. They set up goals, especially in their work, that can quickly become an obsession and often fall into the trap of unhealthy and excessive competition!
Side effects of the Unhealthy Feminine
The suppression of the feminine, affects the natural function of the hormones, something that can lead to different physical and psychological problems such as:
- Gynecological issues like cysts, uterine fibroids, infertility, and more
- Problems of the thyroid gland
- Muscle pain (especially neck and shoulders, due to the emotional and energetic weight that they carry there)
- Pain during menstruation
- Difficult pregnancies
- Lack of libido
- Anxiety, stress, depression, hysteria
Women need to heal their masculine and feminine energy if they want to create a better quality of life and better health. To achieve this, they need to heal all the unhealthy programming they inherited from their family tree (that is mainly the way that their female ancestors have lived) and the childhood traumas that might have forced them to build up a strong control system.
My recommendations are:
Dancing (belly dancing and couples dances)
Spending time in nature meditating and without any goal
Making conscious love with a lover who can hold space for you, where you can explore the fear of surrendering and losing control
