9th of July – New Moon
This New moon has sweet but powerful energy that could help us replace fight with acceptance!
Most of us are in a constant fight with ourselves and with others. Our mind is constantly judging, blaming, punishing. It is programmed to try to find problems to solve, and if there are no, the mind creates them!

Light a candle and do gibberish for 5 min (talk in a language that does not exist without stopping). After that, look yourself in the mirror and speak out loud thoughts of the mind constantly judging and punishing you. At the same time, listen to yourself with your heart! If emotions appear, take them out and continue speaking for about 4 min.
When you finish, caress your body by looking in the mirror repeating the phrase: “I love you just the way you are.”
