I grew up in a family where I learned that all plants, spices, and everything that comes out from Mother Earth has a voice!
I learned to listen to the words of coffee, cocoa, pepper, cinnamon…
A great plant that has accompanied me for the last ten years on the journey of self-improvement is Cocoa.
Everything that comes out of the earth has life; it has consciousness, it has a spirit. The spirit of cocoa is like the spirit of a wise Guru whose purpose is to guide you from head to heart and from mind to body, helping you discover hidden aspects of yourself and show you how to love!

My most profound journey with Cocoa began about ten years ago in Spain when I met a beautiful and wise Peruvian grandmother who introduced me to cocoa’s secrets.
She made the cocoa, gave me the cup, and asked me to sit under a tree and listen with my heart the plant’s Holy words. Although I could not understand anything she was saying to me, I felt a tingle in my heart telling me to follow the grandmother’s words without too much thinking.

I found a carob tree and sat in its shade. I took the cocoa in my hands, smelled it, closed my eyes, and took the first sip. Since then, I entered a path without return! A path that leads me, with every sip, closer to my heart, closer to the truth of my body, closer to my Sacred – Divine nature!

From then until today, Cocoa is my psychotherapist, my girlfriend, my lover, my mother and my father! Every time I come in contact with this sacred drink, I feel that I am drinking the blood of Mother Earth, who yearns to meet me from inside so that she can embrace me, heal me and show me the way.

The cacao has the ability to take people back to their natural way of being, taking them out of their busy-non stopping mind back to their body and heart.

It successfully melts the “armor” of the heart and let the unconditional love blossom from deep inside and outside.

It awakens our sexual power and reminds us how important is to live a life of bliss and not a stressful life that is based on fulfilling the needs of others more than ourselves. It is a Sacred Teacher that increases our connection to our inner self, opens our heart chakra and allows ecstasy and love to enter our being.

It aids in any transformational shift we are working towards, whether we are looking to deepen our understanding of who we are, release old patterns and traumas, or move into a more self-confident space. In the sacred ceremony, we are free to set any intention we want and the cacao allows us to move towards that goal!

A few words about the benefits of Cocoa:
Raw cocoa contains four times more antioxidants than regular dark chocolate and even 20 times more than blackberries.
Besides being rich in antioxidants and flavonoids, cocoa is high in iron, zinc, potassium and magnesium.
Cocoa stimulates the brain to release neurotransmitters, which can trigger emotions such as euphoria.
When we eat or drink cocoa, the body produces a natural chemical related to the adrenal glands called phenylethylamine (PEA). A substance that also appears when we feel excited or in love, causing our pulse to accelerate. It also produces serotonin, which reduces stress and dopamine, which enhances joy and emotional well-being.
Finally, cocoa activates the pituitary gland, the brain’s spiritual center, and acts as a Messenger between the Small and the Higher Self.

aIn my cacao gatherings I combine the effect of the plant with introspective exercises, dance, tantra and more (depending on the subject of the seminar). All these in a way that people can feel comfortable to open their hearts, their minds and their souls and get rid of anything they do not need anymore and it does not serve them in their life.
