Dance can be a beautiful way to reconnect with our natural state of health and vitality! When we combine rhythm with movement, we can relax our body and step out of our stress and our daily worries. 

Dance is one of the best ways to express our creativity, health and vitality!

If the head needs thoughts to express itself, the body also needs its vocabulary, and a part of this is dance!

Class: Each class is different! We start with a slow warm-up to wake up the body, and then we continue raising the fire with something more dynamic!

We learn different dances in each class. I first teach the steps and technique of the dances, and then we have fun with choreography. 

Some of the dances are: Latin, Ballroom, Swing, Belly dance, Salsa, Flamenco, Tango, Charleston, and more!

Dance for me is a way to connect my physical life with my spiritual life or, in other words, my body with my soul and my soul with my spirit.


When I dance, I feel like my body is drawing lines in another dimension, like a planet draws lines in the Universe. Usually, a planet dances the dance of its life by turning around itself, around the Sun, and in absolute harmony with the other planets. Whenever I am dancing, I choose to dance to express my love for myself, my gratitude for my audience, and live those special moments of creativity, joy and aliveness.


Dance has always been a part of my life, and my life has always been a part of my dance, whether it is a dance of my body, soul, or spirit.
