There are two types of beauty: the artificial and the natural.

The artificial is the one that depends only on anything that we apply to our skin externally.

The natural is a lot more complex, and this is the beauty I will describe in this article.

It all begins inside us!

The natural beauty appears deep inside us and blossoms like a flower in the spring, emanating its aroma and flavor all around us!

This beauty depends on:

  • Genetics and hormones
  • The health of our bodies: Physical, Emotional, Energetic
  • Our breath
  • The products we use on our skin
  • The relationship between our inner masculine and feminine
  • The flow of our Kundalini (sexual energy)

Genetics and Hormones

Genetics: Scientists have learned that factors like diet, stress and exercise can modify the behavior of the genes parents pass down. I believe that all women are witches! The problem starts when we make magic subconsciously and not consciously! We are all alchemists, but we have no idea how to use our body alchemy tools: our heart, womb, and pineal gland.

If a human being can grow perfectly in our belly, then we can modify anything we want inside us, even our genetics! In order to do that we need to:

  • Erase the programs of Patriarchy
  • Raise our consciousness
  • Reconnect to the Goddess

The health of all our bodies Physical, Emotional, Energetic and Mental

Physical: One of the most important organs for our skin’s health is our gut! The entire digestive tract from the mouth passes through the digestive organs (like the esophagus, stomach, and intestines) and ends with the rectum and anus.

The gut houses the majority of the bacteria in the body.

While the word ‘bacteria’ tends to have a negative connotation, it is important to remember that we also have good bacteria! These bacteria aid digestion, stimulate the immune system, break down potentially toxic food compounds, and synthesize certain vitamins and amino acids critical to human living.

Maintaining optimal health means having enough good bacteria to counteract the bad bacteria. When digestive balance is off — whether the cause is stress, poor diet, or lack of sleep — the gut becomes overrun with bad bacteria, leading to skin-aggravating inflammation.

This inflammation can cause acne, redness, sensitivity, and even the breakdown of collagen, which can cause wrinkles.

Emotional: Our emotional body is in perfect shape when we let our emotions flow, and we do not hold anything inside us. Suppressed emotions like anger, sadness, bitterness, fear, etc., can show themselves in the lines of our face!

Does it ever happen to you to like a woman who is not really beautiful, but she has something that you can not explain? This something is her energy! When we keep our energetic body clean and in high vibration, then our whole aura can shine!

Our breath

Every breath carries oxygen to the body’s tissues and zaps acidic carbon dioxide waste. If one is not breathing right, the body is not getting enough oxygen. Complexion starts losing its vitality and the skin starts looking dull and unhealthy.

Breathing correctly can burn fat, make the skin glow, help balance out hormones and support overall health. It increases blood flow to the face and neck area, which nourishes the skin with fresh oxygenated blood, giving it a healthy color and vibrancy.

The products we use on our skin

Some products can benefit our skin and our Spirit at the same time!
It is important that we choose a “high vibration” product that will correspond to our inner vibration!

Relationship between our Feminine and Masculine

In tantra, the masculine is the consciousness and the feminine the energy. Both are different expressions of the Spirit!

The energy is the energy of the Spirit and the consciousness is the consciousness of It.

The best inner couple is when the energy can follow consciousness, and the consciousness knows which is the best expression of the energy!

For example, imagine a river; the water can symbolize energy, and the banks the consciousness.

Another example is when you dive deep inside, with your attention inwards, and you find sadness in your heart. The sadness is the energy and the part that dove inside is your consciousness.

These two can have a beautiful relationship and form a perfect dance or fight and play the game of dominance and submission.

In the above example, when the consciousness comes across the sadness, it has two options: to suppress it in the heart or guide it to a path of expression. That expression could be the act of crying.

The first example leads our inner woman to suppression; the second to surrender to the direction of consciousness.

If this relationship is unhealthy and our inner woman cannot express herself freely, we start suppressing our emotions and femininity. In this state, we definitely cannot blossom like a flower. Besides, the suppressed emotions will eventually express themselves with psychosomatic sicknesses that damage our health and our beauty.

The flow of our Kundalini (sexual energy)

Our Kundalini is the vital energy flowing and feeding our bodies energetically.

This energy is stored between our first and second chakra and can be activated naturally and adequately when we absorb the earth’s energy from the first chakra. The energy of the earth activates the Kundalini, which afterward spreads and blesses all our chakras.

Unfortunately, the Kundalini of most people is deeply asleep in their lower belly due to the influence of the Patriarchy!

When the Kundalini rises, you can experience a higher quality of life, health and natural beauty!
